2. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or share your personal information.

Eve Period Tracker is designed with a “privacy-first” architecture. We do not have a backend server, and we do not track your usage, location, or identity.

3. Data Storage

All data generated by Eve Period Tracker (including period dates, cycle history, notes, and settings) is stored in two places only:

  1. Locally on your device: Your data resides in the app’s secure sandbox on your iPhone.
  2. iCloud Private Database: If you have iCloud enabled, your data is automatically synced to your personal, private iCloud container (iCloud.e.period.data).

Important:

  • This data is end-to-end encrypted by Apple.
  • We (the developers) cannot access your iCloud data.
  • You are the only one who holds the keys to your data.

4. Third-Party Services

  • No Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) to track user behavior.
  • No Advertising: We do not display ads, and we do not share your data with advertising networks.

5. Optional Features

Email Reminders

If you choose to enable the Email Reminder feature:

  • You voluntarily provide an email address within the app settings.
  • This email address is used strictly and solely to deliver the notification emails you requested via our secure delivery service.
  • We do not store your email address for any other purpose, nor do we use it for marketing or share it with advertisers.
  • You can disable this feature and remove your email address from the app settings at any time.

Data Export

You have full control over your data. You can export your entire history to a JSON file at any time via the Settings menu for backup or transfer purposes.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect your data, there is no need to request data deletion from us—we don’t have it!

  • To delete your data: Simply delete the app from your device and delete the app’s data from your iCloud storage settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the date at the top of this policy.
